Shipping policy

Free shipping: Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

Delivery time: Delivery takes 15–30 business days from dispatch, depending on your country. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holiday peaks and customs checks.

 

Tracking: Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details.

 

Holiday 2026: For Christmas delivery, please order by November 12. For weddings and events, order at least 8–10 weeks ahead so there is time for a size exchange.

 

Customs and import fees: Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
