Shipping
Shipping is free on every order, worldwide, with no minimum spend.
- Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: 15–30 business days from dispatch, depending on your country.
- Tracking: once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email with tracking details.
Holiday 2026 order-by dates
- Hanukkah (begins Dec 4): order by October 30 for the best chance of arrival.
- Christmas (Dec 25): order by November 12.
- Weddings: order at least 8–10 weeks before the big day so there's time for a size exchange.
Delivery times are estimates and can stretch during holiday peaks and customs checks. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us and we'll track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return (14 days cooling-off for EU orders also applies). Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached. Email support@mini-rose.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Full details are in our refund policy.

How do I choose the right size?
Choose by her height, not her age. See our size guide. If you're between sizes or unsure, message us with her height and we'll recommend a size.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually change or cancel an order before it is dispatched.
I received a faulty or incorrect item. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll make it right.
Do you have discounts?
Use WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order, or SISTERS15 for 15% off when you buy two or more dresses.
