We want your Mini Rose order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during sale periods and public holidays. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, please reach out and we'll happily help track it down.
Returns & Exchanges
If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We offer a no-questions-asked returns policy: simply return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, contact our team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
